Stripping a certain Word from Text string

What function strips or deletes a word from a text string and post results in another cell I'm trying to eliminate the Word "Tan" from this text string and post to another Cell. Tan,26,Continuou...

Quick question: Is the word always in the first position, i.e. before the first comma?
