String with variable date in a single cell

Hello. I am trying to create a string that has a varying date variable that is all in one cell of a sheet. For example, I want to be able to have "Payday 'Feb 5'" <-- the string is Payday and the changing variable is the 'Feb 5" part. I am trying not to have to hard code in the date and base it off previous date. With the Feb 5 example, I would then want the next cell to based one week after that date, so the next cell would say "Payday 'Feb 12'". Does anyone know how to do this? Please let me know if you need further clarification. Thank you
