Stop script Buttons being printed

In the desktop app can you select the button and set it not to print. I think you should file a request to have that set by default (or have the option to set that in web Excel too).

Isn't the default already to not print? When I insert a form control button and go into the Format Control dialog, the "Print Object" setting is not enabled.

Unfortunately in the sharepoint version of excel you do not have that option. Also if you create a button in the desktop version and upload to sharepoint the button isn't supported:(

Stu_c Perhaps I was unclear in my first answer. After adding the button to run the script, open the file in the Desktop app, where you can set it not to print.

Steve_SumProductCom I tried this, but the default is to print the button.
