Stop Excel from Rounding Long Numbers on Paste

Ok so the Best way to do it is Simple:

First Select the Entire Column, and set the Format to TEXT

then when you copy paste the above Digits, you have to Paste them as Text as well.

If you use the mouse clicks for pasting, you have to:

1. Right Click on the Cell
2. Click on Paste Special
3. Click on Text

If you use Keyboard (which i recommend, much faster)

1. Select the Cell
2. CTRL + ALT + V
3. Use arrow key to move selection to Text Option
4. Hit Enter

Now lets say you dont feel like doing the Pasting as Text everytime.

Then what you can do instead is paste all the numbers in the Notepad program

Then copy the numbers all together when you are done.

then paste them in one shot as TEXT as shown in the above steps
