Stockhistory function is suddenly blocked
- Jul 10, 2023No update on how and when it will be resolved. But I've a work around that you can do - save the excel in one drive and then using the one drive URL of excel open it on a browser. It will work fine.
I don't know how licensing server works exactly, most probably not based on IP, you are right. The fact is on two different computers with exactly same configuration, exactly same subscription and under same login you may have different set of functionality.
That often happens during deployment of new features, especially on insider builds - you may have them on one computer and not on another. If you are lucky to have few of them.
But you make a good point.

My laptop doesn't work but my desktop works?????
Same account, same build (current channel). Very odd. (The only difference is: laptop = win11, desktop= win10; not sure it matters, though. Also, neither was working when I checked this morning.)............................................edited yet again 5:21pm EDST.................................
Now my desktop (which was working fine about 1 hour ago) is acting up in a slightly different way: when I tried to refresh it just now, it is saying I need to sing in with an account associated with a subscription - same error message as before - however, the existing data were not wiped out as before (so the history as of yesterday remained intact, at least I have something to work with ) .

Not here, as you should see above, but the image was discarded by the system instead of showing up above, sorry (on line version, via browser, and windows client present the same issue).
