I don't think someone could share how exactly data for STOCKHISTORY() is updated. My guess that's partly on Refinitiv site as data provider, partly on Microsoft one.
In any case they don't promise to provide historical information right after the trading on some exchange in this or that country is closed. What are this day, next day is also not very clear.
