Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message

Will Microsoft ever formally communicate the problem is fixed? Very disappointed with their customer service communications, the last time this happened I talked with a representative who had me re-install my Office 365 which did nothing. They then said they filed a request for me and gave me a number, unfortunately they do not have a method to check on the status and I never heard back from them. For me I understand that things break, I am more concerned at the lack of follow up. It's not like they don't know who we are!
