Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message

I am having the same problem. I've tried all the recommended solutions I found online and nothing has worked. My stock data still won't refresh. I'm out of ideas. Has anyone tried anything that has worked consistently for multiple people? So frustrating!
CGBaker I'll be BEYOND shocked if anything other than an UPDATE/PATCH from MS fixes this issue. So, that makes it all the more FUN that MS is so far IGNORING the issue.
