Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message
I have an Excel workbook I created a few months ago and this afternoon while I was away, the "stocks" data type refresh feature stopped refreshing. The error message I receive instructs me to sign in...
If that were the case why would the message be specifically about the account you're logged in with, rather than a connection issue?
Would be good for MS to post an update.....
Good question, Chris. I doubt the error message is necessarily accurate. When the connection doesn't work, perhaps the error handling in the code defaults to a login issue when it cannot determine the real problem.
