Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message

Same problem here 7/11 0745 ET.
Just started happening to me this morning UK ~10:00am
Same problem here (UK 12.00). Exited excel, cleared credentials cache, logged out and in from Windows acc. No joy.
Fix soon would be nice!
