Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message

Tuesday morning 7 AM. Still have problem
It is brutal...nothing like updating 100s of stocks manually - this is the longest the issue has gone without being resolved in my experience with MSFT...must be a large f*kup
