Stacked Bar Graph
I have this stacked bar graph, and I am trying to show the three stages of sickness over time per person, the dates on the y axis I cant figure why are so off, how can I fix this so that line essentially is sectioned off according to the date.

See the attached demo workbook. I rearranged the data slightly to calculate the duration of the phases (assuming that is what you wanted). The first series - the start date) has been made transparent by setting it to use no fill and no line.
