Stacked Bar Chart as Office Timeline
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

It's getting closer to what I want, but I need to be able to match the phase's ending dates to the perpetual calendar so the colors change on the correct date.

That is problematic. Why are some dates at the beginning missing?

HansVogelaar the dates are entered in our accounting software by the project managers, and they sometimes leave fields blank, because not all projects' contracts have all phases in them. But they all have project start dates - should I add a column for project start and make that my 'base date?'
