Good afternoon excelde splwow64.i'm having a freezing problem on the exe face i made the suggestions given on microsoft's site but i didn't get results i made my default printer xps again it didn't happen i'm closing the print spooler but it's active again after i turn the computer back on does anyone solve this problem
