Split up different data sets in same columns into their own worksheets
Adam, is it possible for you (without including any actual names of clients) to post a copy of the actual spreadsheet you get after this import into Excel? Post it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and put a link here that would grant access to the file.
I'm asking that, so as to see the actual file. From the brief description you give, it might be that you'd be making your task more difficult by continuing to separate the data segments.....Excel can do some wonders when it comes to parsing data; it's often the case that people get in the way of letting Excel do the heavy lifting because it makes more sense to us as people to look at separate tables. But Excel, as I said, can take a single table and do lots..... So let us see (if you are willing) what you're actually working with before you go, possibly, down a rabbit trail you needn't follow.

Thanks for offering your assistance. I made the post just before leaving for the day and was having issues with uploading the file. The google drive link should work for seeing the file. The first tab is the combined data set files.

OK, got the file. Brought it into Excel. Now you need to tell us what we're looking at. I've tried the FILTER function on the Gait Table rows, but that's clearly not getting all that you'd want.
- It's probably me, making things harder than it needs to be. I'm trying to transpose each of the data measures to their own columns. For example, the Gait Table segment, has number of strikes, cadence, gait time, gait distance, gait velocity (cm/sec), Gait velocity/leg length. Trying to figure out the best way to make each of the different types of measure in their own columns in the corresponding worksheet (gait table, step-stride table, etc.). makes the data easier to look at data correlations if one column is one type of measurement and the next column is different. Not sure if there is a good way to do that other than manually sort for each data set and copy/paste the data over.
