#Spill Error in excel

I'm encountering a strange issue with Excel. When I open a PivotTable and move any field from the Rows area to the Filters area, the PivotTable disappears entirely and displays a #SPILL! error. However, if I remove that field and add a different one to the Rows area instead, the PivotTable works without any problems. This problem started for our users after installing new updates.

#Spill error means, output result can't spill or expand to rows/columns due to data exist on cells. Only way to clear data from rows/columns enough so that functions/features can spill result. You may have white space inside cells. So, select all cells and clear all.

Thanks of the prompt response. This is a pivot built on top of the tabular model directly.
