Sorting text
I have a spreadsheet with about 10000 rows of data that looks like this:
| 05/01/2018 | 9 | 15E10 | Theft | Apartment | 8900-8999 | CHIMNEY ROCK | RD | - | 1 |
| 05/01/2018 | 16 | 15E10 | Burglary | Residence or House | 4800-4899 | IMOGENE | ST | - | 1 |
The third column is text (istext reports TRUE). I'm trying to sort by that column but 15E10 sorts before 01A10. Why would it do that? And how can I make it sort normally? The sheet is attached.
Help would be appreciated.

Goto Sort & Filter -> Sort -> Column Precinct - Sort on Values - Order A to Z.
Click OK and you get a warning. Select the second option. Click OK.
