Sorting Multiple Colums Alphabilacally

Have over 100 columns.  Row A is the date header.

Need every coulmn to sort identically.

Example,

Sort all data in all columns A to Z...or lowest to greatest.   Basically, whatever sort command I select for column A, I want it to apply to every other column uniquely.

Is there a way to sort all columns alphabitally without adding that command to every column?

Adding a new level for each column will take a long time.
