Sort of details in a pivot table show detail sheet

Hello, Ive data which includes records of dates and time of day (number).

Ive build a pivottable, and when I press a specific cell, I get a new sheet which indicates where the calculate came from. I would like excel to automaticly sort this data in descending order dates column and time everytime I press cell from the pivottable.

Any idea?
