SOLVER ISSUE
After Appying the solver the answer became Zero
All your restrictions are that a number must be smaller than a specific maximum. Of course that leads to 0 buses of each type. You should also specify a restriction that a number must be equal to, or greater than or equal to a specific value. For example that you want to transport at least 400 employees.
