Slow Excel Spreadsheet

Hi guys I have a couple of big lists like the below where each cell has a defining name cell reference against it which is making my spreadhsheet super slow. Is there a way to speed up my spreads...

how long has the file been around or since when has it been added / changed?

why xlsb / xlsm if no macros in it?
Ever tried to create this file again?
How many volatile functions are used?
(Volatile functions are functions whose results are permanently recalculated).
Volatile functions are:
OFFSET, TODAY, INDIRECT, RANDBETWEEN, etc.

However, if you use complex, extensive calculation models, the performance could noticeably deteriorate when using the functions mentioned. You should just keep in mind that this problem exists and that in the event of performance problems (among other things) you should look specifically for volatile functions and replace them with alternatives if possible.

Of course, inserting the file (please, without sensitive data) would help a lot to determine more precisely where it comes from.
Excel version and operating system would be an advantage.
