Sliding scale charges
Hi, can someone assist with a formula to workout charges according to sliding scale rates? See sample attached.

Janedb But that screenshot doesn't reveal anything on the rate brackets.
Edit: When you divide 141.30 by 8 you arrive at a rate of 17.66 which is lower than the lowest rate in your table ???
