Hi!
I have some suggestions to look at that may be helpful:
- take a look at the source file (not in the query), if there are any blank lines. If not, try deleting blank lines under data just in case
- If there are any connections based on two columns, check if there is a chance that one of them sets a different set of values. Maybe one is a text column, while the other is a number column.
