Skip a cell if another cell contains a certain letter

Hi all.

If A1 contains "R"  I would like a formula so when the user "tabs" the cell F1 is ignored and the cursor moves onto G1

Otherwise speaking, if there is no "R" in A1, when tabbing, F1 is selected.

Any help is much appreciated, this is to help a Hospice Admin.
