Single selection from drop down box

I'm creating a drop down list but the options are rather extensive; is there a way to make it so once someone chooses an item from my drop down menu that the item won't reappear in the next line?  For example if I'm doing cities within Colorado and someone opens the dropdown menu on line 1 and chooses "Denver" I don't want them to be able to chose Denver again on line 2.
