Single Cell, two dimensional array
This CSE formula is returning #VALUE!
{=SUM('3. Projects'!$H$11:$AB$154*($B6='3. Projects'!$B$11:$B$154)*($B$5='3. Projects'!$H$10:$AB$10))}
There are no errors in the underlying data and I can include it in calculations using the SUMIF function.

Thank you Riny_van_Eekelen for trying out the formula. With the formula itself passing your check, I turned my attention to the underlying data and found the culprit; an IFERROR function that returned "", rather than a value. Case closed. Thanks.
