Simple equation question.

I have totally forgotten the symbols for multiplying and dividing while formatting cells.  Would really appreciate a refresher on what the two symbols are.  Thank you.

    Hello ldyhwkann,

     

    I may be misunderstanding your question but the symbol for multiplication is "*" and the symbol for division is "/".
