Showing full drop down list
Hello, I created a drop-down list that has about 20 "expense types". and it works nice except when I want to use the drop down list it only shows 8 of the Expense types. This means I have to scroll to see the rest of them making the data entry to take longer and increasing the likelihood of selecting the wrong expense.
So the question: Is there a way when I select the drop down list it show all 20 items at once? Thanks

The built-in data validation drop-down list has a fixed maximum of 8 entries displayed at the same time. For an alternative, see Data Validation Combo Box using Named Ranges
