Show picture on mouse hover URL

Hi all,

I have to migrate a Google Sheet to Excel.

In this sheet, there is a column with Google Drive URLs which contain one image each.

In Google Sheet, you can display the image when you hover the mouse on the URL.

Is there a way to do this in Excel without VBA ? Because the Excel file will end up on Teams and have to keep the same functionalities. 

Maybe there is a way to do it in Javascript ? I didn't find any solution involving JS.
