Shered files of excel

I want to fetch and display values of a certain cells in one excel document on Dropbox into another excel document on dropbox. The problem now being that the reference is made to the file version stored locally on the PC's, not the masterdocument on Dropbox. This means that the link becomes user depenant (works only for the one who creates the link). Can You please help me - the linking between Excels is higly important for us

    Monika666 You should be using SharePoint instead of DropBox to collaberate on these spreadsheets.  SharePoint can handle the credentialing issues.
