Sheet pinning?
I am working with a document with multiple sheets. Each time I update an individual sheet I need to return to the first sheet ( and update that as well. Is there a way of pinning the first sheet to always show at the bottom even when I have scrolled along to another sheet please?

unfortunately, there is no way in Excel to pin a worksheet.
But you can jump very quickly to the first one by pressing Ctrl-Key and then click on the left-arrow:
