Sharing a single tab only
NikolinoDE I have a user that keeps referencing this info from MS. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-a-section-of-a-workbook-dd5d3385-a8f7-4a25-9283-ff505ad8ddb4#:~:text=First%2C%20you%20create%20a%20link%20to%20the%20shared,can%20simultaneously%20view%20or%20edit%20the%20workbook%20section. I've tried various different ways and the results are always the same. The entire workbook is shared. Am I missing something?

Sharing the link on the range/sheet as in reference we only notify user the user with which object in Excel to work - Excel gives focus on it and highlights it. Perhaps we may play with permissions on shared range and the rest, didn't test. But in any case entire workbook will be opened.
And in Excel for web we can't copy the sheet to another file.

If you use excel for web, it's not possible to directly share individual tabs within a workbook. However, you can maybe achieve a similar result by copying each individual's tab into a separate workbook and then sharing those workbooks with the respective individuals.
Here's how you can do it:
- Copy each individual's tab:
- Right-click on the tab for the individual's statistics and select "Move or Copy..." from the context menu.
- In the "Move or Copy" dialog box, choose "(new book)" from the dropdown list of "To book".
- Check the box for "Create a copy" and click OK. This will create a new workbook with a copy of the selected tab.
- Save each individual's tab as a separate workbook:
- In the newly created workbook, go to File > Save As.
- Choose a location and filename for the workbook and click Save.
- Share each individual's workbook:
- Open the newly created workbook for the individual's statistics.
- Click on the "Share" button in the upper right corner of the Excel interface.
- Enter the email address of the individual you want to share the workbook with and set their permission level (e.g., Can edit, Can view).
- Click Send.
Repeat these steps for each individual's tab to create separate workbooks for each person's statistics and share those workbooks with the respective individuals. This way, each person will have access to only their own tab in their individual workbook.
