Set spreadsheet size on monitor screen
All I want is for Microsoft let me do what I want to do. I want to quickly set the viewable size of the Excel (2016) spreadsheet to less than the full size of the monitor screen. I have been able to reduce the viewable size somehow in the past but every time MS does an update, it resets my spreadsheet size to take up the entire monitor screen, thus I am viewing many many Excel rows and columns that I am not using and do not intend to use. I just need to view the cells that I am using and maybe one to two additional rows and columns. This should be a simple process but evidently it is not.

Same problem... Have tried all the short cuts.. nothing works-- previously could have emails open & a reduced border of spreadsheet/excel-- now I can't and when "minimizing" a bar is located at the top of my screen????
