Sending an email automatically based on criteria in cell

Question

Hello!&nbsp;I need to create a way to send an email automatically to the same three recipients when a new row in this spreadsheet is updated and&nbsp; Column L is&nbsp; marked "yes" from the dropdown menu. I have tried to use Power Automate to the best of my ability, but am not getting anywhere with it.&nbsp; Any suggestions on either a VBA or Power Automate?&nbsp;&nbsp;
