i could not sent file excel in pdf to another user's application such as whatsapp, gmail etc

Save your Excel file as a PDF by selecting File > Save As > PDF. Then, in http://whatplusapp.com, use the attachment icon to send the PDF as a document. Ensure the file size is within the app’s limits and your apps are up to date.
Export your excel file to PDF format then Share it. It seems there are no pdf encoder installed in your system
Are you using "New" Outlook by any chance? Perhaps it won't cooperate with this?
