Seeking help to merge data based on a person ID

Hi, Just joined, 1st post. 

• I have a single worksheet with multiple rows of data for many people
• There are 1-3 separate rows of (mutually exclusive) data for a single person

How can I merge the rows to obtain a single row per person?

I've attached a simplified example which will make it super clear what I'm trying to accomplish.

Any help is appreciated?  If VBA is my best option I am open to that with some help please.
