Secondary Y Axis Chart Data Table

I have a chart with both a primary and a secondary Y axis.  I want to display the table data ONLY from the secondary Y Axis, while the chart shows the bars and the scale from the primary axis.  Is this doable?

    I believe it is doable. Can you do a sketch of what you want this to look like and send a sample data to work with this?
