Searchable and dependable dropdown list

I Want to create a drop down list in multiple searchable drop down list which is dependent on earlier list  

I have a data similar to above table for all district of India

now i want to create similar list for data entry but it could be searchable

for Example If I type in a District column "AH" then drop down list only show suggestion of those district which contains "AH"

suppose I select AHMEDABAD from that drop down list and then goes to next column  where I have to enter name of Tehsil

now if I type "DE" in that cell then drop down list only shows suggestion of those tehsil which contains "DE" and are comes under District "AHMEDABAD"

I hope, My problem is understandable
