scrolling table with formatted cell

Hello, i have a question, if anyone help will be appretiate.

I have a table with conditional formatting cells. (up and down icons)

and i need to add dynamic scroll bar to table.

but when im add scroll bar with offset formula; design of table göne. colour of cells and icons göne.

how can i protect the design of table and add scrolling bar.

    Depends on how you have done the scroll bar - if you have copied the table to another table which you scroll then the formatting will not be preserved.

     

    if you can attach an example we can have a look.
