Scroll Inactive Window Doesn't Work for Excel 2016
Hello all, first time posting here. I'm trying to do work, but I've hit a snag where the "Scroll Inactive Window when I hover over it" function works for everything except Excel 2016. My mouse driver...
The OS seems to confuse the windows with each other. It also scrolls the last active window when you hover over that file's preview in the preview pane of File Explorer.
Okay, I gave up trying to figure this out and just downloaded LibreOffice Calc and the computer has no problem with running one sheet of Calc and one sheet of Excel. Now it's Microsoft's problem to fix their **bleep** spreadsheet software.
