Scroll Bar not showing arrows
- Jul 26, 2022
The arrows become visible if you hold down the mouse pointer near one of the ends of the scroll bar.
A rather counter-intuitive "innovation" if you ask me.

HansVogelaar that's the issue we have when designers who are not users. It's like hiding the power button. People have to call IT to understand these changes.
It totally doesn't make sense. It's like the change they made to the Freeze panes button. Before it was self-explanatory. Now it only looks nice and means nothing.
- Valcir_BeraldoDec 27, 2022Copper ContributorIt looks more like a bug!

The Germans have a nice word for this: Verschlimmbesserung: an improvement that makes things worse.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, I've been playing around with different graphic drivers, settings, resolutions, and so on, not lucky at all... Were you able to fixe it somehow?
Ramon.
- StefExceleratesJul 26, 2022Copper ContributorI noticed that afterward, but I guess Microsoft has gone "backwards" with progress on this one. You are correct, that is not intuitive for a regular user (who I'm building this for). I suppose I can mess around with layering a graphic on top that imitates the missing arrows... I'll play with it. Thanks.
