Screentips not showing

Hi all,

I'm currently using Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Version 2409 (Build 18025.20104). Since a few months ago, I noticed that shapes don't display ScreenTips anymore when you create a hyperlink on them. Word has the same behaviour.

When you go to Insert, Shapes, and you draw any shape, when you right-click and go to Link, you insert a hyperlink to a place on your document, and you set a ScreenTip to display, the screen tip doesn't show. I've noticed two behaviours, one is when you set the hyperlink to your document, in this case, the screentip doesn't work, but if you use an URL or a folder/document on your PC, it shows the path to that file or URL.

I've tried every possible configuration on Options, General, and on Options, Advanced, but none of them make a difference. I have another machine that has Version 2402, and that tool works properly.

I don't know if anyone would have a way to fix it, or if it's a bug and Microsoft would have to fix it, but any help would be great.
