scheduling

Hi Everyone,

I work for a health care aide profession and would like some assistant with scheduling. I have 2 workbooks to work with, first workbook deals with schedule and the second workbook shows the tenants call time and a brief description of what they want done during their call. Well anyways in the first workbook dealing with schedule you will see time in column A which goes up by 15 minutes example 0900-9015, 0915-0930 and so on, and in column B you will see the tenants name. Well anyways what I needed help with is workbook 2 what I want to achieve is that every time we do changes or update on the schedule which is workbook 1 then the time on workbook 2 will also update for the tenants profile. I tried using IF function but I didn't quiet achieve what I wanted to do every time I do changes on the schedule it will just tell me that I change something on the schedule it's not really updating it, so I was wondering if there's a function/formula to do this.
