Schedule Design
I am trying to design a School Inspection Schedule for my line manager. We evaluate schools and give them returns based on their performance. At any point in time my boss want to see which schools are to be evaluated next? The task is long and I am in need of some mentor who can guide me. I need to have a discussion with them how can I approach this?

On the surface of it, I'd have to say you're asking for the kind of assistance that goes well beyond what is normally offered in this Excel forum. We're here as volunteers to help people resolve a specific issue in using Excel, not to be consultants on creating a full system.
That said, if you did some initial spade work, you might get to a point where specific help can be offered. Here are several ways you could help us help you.
- Take a look at some of the Excel scheduling templates and see if any come close to what you need.
- Write out a description with far more details than you've given so far of what this task entails.
- How many schools
- How many inspectors
- What do you expect to track in this "project"?
- Just a projected/scheduled date for inspection and a "completed date"?
- Those dates but also various performance dimensions and their ratings?
- etc,
- Presumably you're doing this on paper now: what does that paper scheduling method look like?
- What's good about it, worth retaining?
- What's missing or deficient that you'd want to correct?
You get the idea.
