Scatterplot x-axis not plotting correctly.

Hi, I have the below scatter plot. It is showing bird nexts in the first column and size of the bird eggs in the second column. Everything plots correctly except for the fact that nests that don't exist, like nest 6 below, are still showing up on the x-axis. I would like to remove this value entirely as it does not exist. How can I do that?
