Save or convert Excel spreadsheet to a Google doc
I created a spreadsheet in Excel but I need to now save it or convert it into a Google doc for someone who doesn't have MS Excel or Office. Is either way possible and how is it done? Thank you.

I used Chat GPT to get your answer. I tried it and it worked.
- Open Google Drive and log in to your account.
- Click the +New button in the top left corner.
- Select File upload and choose the Excel file from your computer.
- Open the Uploaded File.
- Save it (Click File>Save as Google Sheets)
Now, that said, double check it, especially if you have used advanced functions in Excel. Not everything translates over neatly if you've been using some of the newer functions; for example the Dynamic Array functions, or LET and LAMBDA. But if it's a basic file, mostly basic math functions, you should be OK. But check to be sure.
