save a book in excel

I have excel blank workbook and a document's file in my computer. After you fill out the workbook or book, how do you save the document so it will go into the document's file?

  • Hello,

     

    if a workbook has not been saved before, just click the Save icon or go File > Save. From here you can navigate to the desired folder, type in the desired file name and then click the Save button.

     

    The exact interface looks different depending on the Excel version.
