Running "Inspect Workbook" on Excel says macros running But there are none

Under Info > Inspect Workbook - It says "Macros, Forms, or ActiveX controls were found". I am the  author of this file, macros never created, the file has never been shared. Searching for all macros, VB all blank. I know this could be a security threat if there is malicious VB running but I don't know how this would be possible.  I'm Running Excel 2016 version 2002. I have been using this file for over 10 years, I can't just start over.

Any Ideas?
