Windows 10 OS (after the update) Office 2016.  run Excel - > the computer restarts itself.

To be sure I got it.
Does the PC restart when you open Excel?
or ... does Excel automatically open when the computer is restarted?

    Sorry, apparently the problem is not in Excel. The computer restarts on its own after installing OS updates. If the update is removed, then there is no problem.
