RTD
I'm using RTD with TD Ameritrade. I do a daily P/L sheet. When I send my sheet to someone, it reads #NAME?. How do I fix this problem so that they can view the data?

TD Ameritrade RTD requires that the user be logged into the Think or Swim platform and have it running in the background. The RTD formula will return #N/A if there is no Think or Swim connection. If they really need to see this spreadsheet, I think anyone can open an account with $50, or maybe even $0. They would need to download the Think or Swim platform, and I believe they also would need the tos.rtd active application add-in installed in Excel and active.

Have you looked into Excel's Help function to see what the various causes are for the #NAME error?
It would be kind of hard for anybody else here to diagnose the exact cause from your too brief description. For example, Help tells us that the primary cause for that error is a mistyped function or formula...I would assume that is NOT your cause since you don't experience it.
Here's a list of other possible causes, from Excel "Help"
That last one--referring to a specific add-in--might apply in your case, since you do refer to using "RTD with TD Ameritrade" (but then again, I'm a Fidelity user so don't really know the Ameritrade universe). But if your spreadsheet has an add-in and that other person's Excel doesn't have that add-in, this could be an explanation.
If none of that works, perhaps you could come back with a more complete description, including some words about what's in the cell(s) that get that error message.
